Happy Thanksgiving
Manga Rin and Butterfly

I hope that all of my American F-listers are having a Happy Thanksgiving. May you overeat, enjoy the football games, and have a great day with family. And for all of the crazy shoppers for Black Friday, good luck on your buys. Just think of all those souls working in retail when you do the big rush!

Oh, and for my readers, believe it or not, but I'm getting somewhere on that next chapter.

Until next time,

Thank you, you too--if you are doing any of that XD My best friend is in retail...luckily not until the night shift!

My inner self is jumping up and down going 'yay, yay, yay' right now. I cannot wait for the update =D

I work in retail and have to get up at 3 AM to get into work at 4. It won't be too bad---noon will come soon enough tomorrow and I'll go home. I'd actually rather open than close, having done both. When you close, you might avoid the early crunch, but you have to clean up after all of that and get everything back in order. I know some of my co-workers are coming in at 3 PM and won't get out until midnight or later.

And yeah, I'm actually getting somewhere on the next chapter. It's not close to being done, but we're gettig somewhere. 7 pages so far.

Enjoy your day! I don't work retail exactly, but I do have to work tomorrow. I'm not complaining, though - I haven't been out on Black Friday in the craziness in a long time, anyway. It'll probably be a quiet day for us because everyone will assume we're closed.

I just wish it was over, already. I hate the stupidity of the rush and earliness. It'll be okay once I can go home at noon and put it behind me for another year. Then I can actually focus on my story (and getting Star Coins in my Mario game) during the weekend.

That's great you get to get in and get done by lunch time. And have fun with the game, but I really look forward to your next chapter. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ugh, you don't have to work tomorrow, do you? Ultra early? :-/ I'm sorry. You couldn't pay me to go out tomorrow, precisely because I've worked the Thanksgiving rush. People are crazy, LOL...so good luck!

Yes, I do have to work early in the morning. I'd prefer doing that to closing, actually. It's so messy and you end up staying so late. I'm out of that madhouse by noon tomorrow. That's not bad. Then the rest of the weekend is mine. Yay. Besides, I'm actually getting somewhere with my writing again, so I can't wait for the weekend.
